Because our products are made to order specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind, except where required by law.
We will offer a replacement or refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- There’s a printing error (incorrect design, significant colour/quality fault)
- You received the wrong item
To request a replacement or refund:
- Contact us at braimohonize@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
- We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund via our fulfilment partner
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank/card provider.
Web design & SEO services
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, as they cover time and resources already committed to your project.
- If we’re unable to deliver agreed work, a partial or full refund will be discussed based on work completed.
- Ongoing SEO retainers can be cancelled with agreed notice; no refund is given for the current billing period once work has started.
